At our practice, dentistry is personal.

We believe exceptional patient care starts with relationships — knowing our patients beyond their teeth, understanding their goals, easing their anxieties, and helping them feel genuinely cared for.

We’re a privately owned, two-doctor general dental practice just outside Uptown Charlotte, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants more than just a schedule full of patients.

We’re searching for someone who wants to build meaningful connections, work alongside a supportive team, and find a long-term professional home where their voice and expertise truly matter.
