Job Opportunity – Operating Room Nurse – South Carolina

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Upstate South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM. Call required 4-5 days per month, including potential weekends and holidays. Weekday call coverage is 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM; weekend and holiday call is 24 hours.

• Specialized surgical focus including bariatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery procedures
• Diverse case mix featuring total joint replacements, robotic surgery (Da Vinci Xi), laparoscopic procedures, and trauma cases
• Epic EMR system with Pyxis medication management
• 4-room operating suite serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• 20 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
• Reimbursement available for pre-assignment module completion (up to 16 hours)

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Annual flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Proficiency in bariatric, orthopedic, and general surgical procedures
