Dynamic Feeding and Speech Therapy, Inc. is expanding our Speech Therapy Team! We are looking for full-time or part-time, energetic, creative, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to join our bilingual practice providing home and community-based services. Our team proudly serves the communities of Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo, Napa, and Sonoma with cultural humility, responsiveness, and competence.

This position offers a flexible schedule, providing individual services to children ages birth to 3 years in their homes and/or daycare settings. Join a supportive team with strong clinical supervision, CEU stipends, and room to grow.

We offer competitive rates of $30–$40 per hour based on experience , mileage reimbursement, and a personalized benefits package for eligible employees.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling: part-time or full-time options

• Workload range: 20–30 hours per week

• Ideal candidates live within 30 minutes of Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo, Napa, or Sonoma, as driving is required

Duties (SLPA)

• Provide 1:1 speech therapy support in clients’ homes or daycare settings

• Deliver parent education and family-centered support under supervision

• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members

• Complete and submit progress notes as required

• Address culture and language in service delivery, with a commitment to client and family welfare

Minimum Requirements (SLPA)

• Current California SLPA license

• Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

• Proof of immunizations and current, negative TB test

• Strong work ethic, professional behavior, excellent written/verbal/interpersonal skills

• Bilingual Spanish/English required

• Previous pediatric experience preferred
