Join Our Team as a Part-Time BCBA (Hybrid, After-Hours 4–7 PM)!

Looking for a flexible way to make an impact after the school day ends? Total Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide after-hours support (4–7 PM) in a hybrid role. Enjoy the perfect balance of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility while helping children reach their full potential in a supportive, team-centered environment.

  Pay Rate: $40 - $44.18/hr

Expectations:

• provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting.
• be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client.  
• train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• Masters degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• A valid BCBA certificate & LBA license
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
• Clear Background Check

Environment & Physical Qualifications:

• Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
• Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
• Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
