Now Hiring: Assembly Welder – Full-Time

Location: Lavonia, Anderson & Pelzer

Industry: Manufacturing – Detention Facility Components

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Mon–Thurs, (Fridays are OT for the rest of the year)

This is your chance to work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with consistent hours and a supportive team.

As an Assembly Welder , you’ll:

• Perform MIG welding

• Follow engineered drawings and use jigs and fixtures for accuracy

• Weld and assemble parts with precision and efficiency

• Take a weld test on-site during the interview process

• Be placed in a welding station that best fits your skills and experience

• MIG welding experience required

• Must bring your own welding hood

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings preferred

• Reliable and ready to work full-time hours

• Safety-minded with a strong work ethic

• $20/hr starting pay

• ️ 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday (Fridays for overtime )
