Solutions Enablement Manager - Coppell, TX

Recently named by Newsweek as one of the Best American Mid-Sized Workplaces in 2026, Rohde & Schwarz is looking for a Solutions Enablement Manager to join the Applied Solutions Team. This role offers the perfect balance of leadership, mentorship, and problem solving. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the sales teams, systems engineering teams and the customers to understand business process needs across the enterprise. With this knowledge they will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to create sales logistics processes, procedures and tools that can be leveraged to improve our speed to market and touch more customers. This person will drive innovation of our business processes through the use of emerging AI tool sets, CRM tools, and other tools in the Microsoft productivity suite. Strategic analytical skills will be important for the successful candidate in this position. The Applied Solutions Organization is a strategic team within the R&S family that is focused on solving our customers’ most difficult challenges. The Solutions Enablement Manager will be a lynchpin in our growth strategy. Attention to detail, laser focus on success, and a willingness to push for operational excellence across the organization will be critical skills for success in this job. Working closely with our Solutions Engineering teams, this person will equip and influence the Sales organization with powerful sales tools that can be leveraged to grow our business. Your tasks Developing sales support documentation like estimates, quote templates, proposal templates and sales collateral. Develop proposal tools that leverage R&S quote history through LLM usage. Develop a capabilities library that can be accessed by the R&S sales teams to help develop business opportunities and promote sales. Drive OI increases by streamlining and optimizing ASO sales support processes and tools. Establish a systems estimation process that includes sales collateral that can result in estimate delivery to the sales teams in not longer than 3-5 business days. Coordinate with sales stakeholders to create proposal templates, sales collateral, and capture planning processes and procedures that maximize our sales efficacy and win rates. Engage directly with Sales and BizDev teams to advocate our goods and services and be an ambassador for our solutions in the marketplace. Provide sales logistics support to the Solution Design teams to increase the amount of time they can spend working with customers on complex solutions. Work collaboratively across the organization - sales, system architecture and engineering, design, mechanical engineering, production, order management, procurement and contracts to develop a solutions knowledgebase. Domestic and/or Overseas Travel >10% In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US and have valid US work authorization. Your Qualifications BA/BS: Engineering or equivalent technical degree is preferred - Experience with Government project execution is a plus Highly skilled with data regression and analytic techniques - Exceptional internal and external customer management and customer service skills - Exceptional written and verbal communications skills required. - Strong commercial acumen in market positioning, competitive differentiation, pricing, and business case development. - Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term business priorities. In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US and be a US citizen (customer requirement) The total compensation for this position is $96K-$130K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
