Territory Sales Manager

If you enjoy working with contractors, developing long-term relationships, solving customer challenges, and helping businesses succeed, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory by serving both existing customers and developing new contractor relationships. Responsibilities include: Call on existing HVAC contractor accounts while actively prospecting for new business. Build lasting relationships with contractors through exceptional customer service. Quote HVAC equipment and accessory projects. Develop accurate job estimates and system proposals. Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions. Work closely with branch personnel to ensure outstanding customer support. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. Meet and exceed territory sales and profitability goals. Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and new technologies.
