Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current, valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, student-centered environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to improve students’ academic, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
• Deliver consultative services and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
