Work Details:

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time 40hr weeks

Patients per day: 6-15 depending on the room assignment

Patient Population/Age: Kids & Adults

EMR: Epic

Hospital Bed size: Outpatient Surgery Center with 4 ORs

Special Procedures: Ortho, Gyn, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental, and General

Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:

Board Certification: CRNA certified

License Required: PA license

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALs

Credentialing Timeframe: normally 90 days but will look to expedite

Medical Direction 1:3

Screening Criteria:

Active PA license or IMLC/LOQ in hand

Malpractice settlement over $500K

More than 3 malpractice settlements

Exception: cases 20 years old may be considered

Key Credentialing/Privileging Info:

Full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start

Within 5 days of signed: PATCH results must be submitted

Child Abuse Search & Dept of Human Services Fingerprint collection must be scheduled, (results received within 2 weeks of signing)

Health requirements: Vaccines, Physical, & Fit are required.

Temporary Privileges for PA Licensed physicians Available only for urgent needs For non-complex / clean files only
