Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a CRNA (locum tenens experience a plus)
• Current registered professional nurse license (RN)
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania CRNA license if not already held (licensure assistance available)

Responsibilities

• Perform pre?anesthesia assessments and develop individualized perioperative anesthesia plans
• Obtain and verify informed consent; discuss anesthetic options, risks, and perioperative expectations with patients
• Induce, maintain, and manage emergence from anesthesia across a variety of surgical cases
• Monitor patients’ physiologic status, interpret data, and perform clinical interventions to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate closely with the anesthesia care team, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to deliver high?quality anesthesia care
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and the CRNA scope of practice
