Join an established outpatient endoscopy practice offering an autonomous CRNA environment, self-scheduling, predictable Monday–Friday daytime hours, and no overnight or weekend schedule. The CRNA team operates with significant autonomy and works closely with the physician leadership team to deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care. With approximately 12–15 GI/Endoscopy cases per day , this role provides consistent clinical volume without the demands of a traditional hospital environment. Compensation is $200,000–$220,000 based on experience , plus company-paid benefits and negotiable relocation assistance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation and analgesia for outpatient GI and endoscopy procedures.
• Perform pre-procedure patient assessments and identify sedation-related concerns.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and during the post-procedure recovery phase.
• Establish and maintain safe, effective standards for IV sedation and analgesia.
• Coordinate anesthesia services with physicians and clinical staff while maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and anesthesia skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM typical schedule
