Senior Site Chemical FocalCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Chemical Focal to join our team in Heath, OH!This position would be the primary interface for all Site Functional Stakeholders involved in the Chemical Management Process.The Boeing Health Chemical Focal would be responsible for:Site Chemical Process and HazTrax Subject Matter Expert (SME)Site HazTrax Interface with all Warehouse, Functional, Program, and Production TeamsConducts regular Production and Warehouse Area Chemical Inventory AuditsHazTrax Materials Coordination with Enterprise GOLD, MESci, Ariba Business SystemsSupports Business Process Guide applicable to HazTrax changes, planning, and ExecutionEnterprise HazTrax Team point of contact, and Chemical Ste Risk CoordinatorEngages Enterprise HazTrax Team in resolving systemic HazTrax issuesCoordinates with and supports all Production Area Chemical ChampionsCoordinates with and advises Site Leadership on Chemical Management Process ImprovementsCoordinates with Supplier Management on applicable Chemical Delivery TimelinessCoordinates with EHS on applicable HaZcom / OSHA guidelines.Develop Chemical Usage and Risk Reports for Site LeadershipPosition Responsibilities:Guides integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to arrive at optimal solutionsLeads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniquesPresents analysis of performance measurements to senior managersInvestigate complex ordering conditionsDevelops and implements new ordering methodologiesEnsures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulationsCreates complex schedulesDevelop materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
