District Manager - Burger King Location: 3905 Southwest Archer Road, Gainesville, FL, USA About the Role Join our team as an experienced District Manager and oversee and coordinate the activities of the multi‑unit retail sales team throughout one of our many Florida territories. Responsibilities Provide leadership in employee relations, team building, and people management. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Ensure proper staff training and development through hands‑on coaching and company resources. Offer superior guest relations using disciplined operating systems. Create accountability to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Achieve controllable expenditure levels through training, budgets, P&L statements, business reviews, and performance analysis. Ensure and enforce safety, security, and cash‑handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in quick‑service restaurants, retail, customer service, or related fields. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities. Requirements Successful District Managers are operations experts capable of leading 3–4 locations.
