Registered Nurse Med Surg

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate services across the care team. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, maintaining accurate EHR documentation, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
