If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Cybersecurity Technology & Strategy to join our Enterprise Security Service team.Responsibilities:Direct strategy execution, architecture, and end-to-end build/run operations for enterprise security platforms; maintain the scalability, resilience, and performance of the firm's digital security infrastructure to meet current and future business demands Design and lead the firm's next-generation defense projects, focusing primarily on architecting and operationalizing solutions related to automation, artificial intelligence, DevSecOps, cloud, and data securityServe as the firm's primary liaison to the venture capital community and global design partners. Identify, evaluate, and champion the integration of cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and methodologies that provide a distinct competitive advantage.Collaborate as a senior leader across the entire digital C-suite (CIO, CDO, CTO), navigating complex matrixed environments with a high degree of diplomacy and emotional intelligence; embed security principles into the fabric of all global digital initiatives, building consensus and driving the cybersecurity technical strategy on a global scale Attract, mentor, and retain a world-class team of security engineers and architects. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning to meet the evolving needs of the organizationAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum twelve years of recent experience in senior technical leadership roles within cybersecurity such as Deputy CISO, Security CTO, or similar executive capacity with a demonstrable track record of managing large-scale, global security engineering and operations (build/run); proven experience leading cybersecurity architecture, application security, cloud security, and automation/orchestration programs at scaleMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related field is preferred.
