Schedule: Full time Shift: Night (United States of America) Address: 3100 E FLETCHER AVE City: TAMPA State: Florida Postal Code: 33613 Job Description:

• Prepare monthly staffing schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring adequate coverage for scheduled and add-on cases.
• Assist with performance evaluations, corrective actions, coaching, and counseling of team members.
• Maintain and submit required personnel documentation in a timely manner.
• Utilize time effectively and complete assigned duties within designated timeframes with minimal supervision.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with internal and external customers, both in person and by telephone.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Participate in hourly rounding utilizing the AIDET communication framework to support patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Incorporate Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.
• Monitor staff compliance with customer service expectations and reinforce organizational service excellence goals.
• Adhere to organizational standards for professional appearance and dress code compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient flow and facilitate timely admissions, discharges, and transfers in accordance with hospital policies.
• Assist the Nurse Leader or designee with maintaining and updating unit records, reports, forms, and departmental documentation.
• Support operational efficiency and departmental goals through active teamwork and collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• N/A

Work Experience:

• 1+ experience as rn in critical care or relevant specialty area [Preferred]
• 1+ leadership experience [Preferred]
