Customer Service Representative - Sylvania

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a friendly and inviting store atmosphere.
• Assist customers by providing information about promotions, loyalty programs, and store offerings.
• Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock, tag, and organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards.
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers.
• Support overall store operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
