Retail SupervisorRetail Supervisors play a meaningful role at Pure Hockey. The Supervisor position provides an opportunity, in a leading retail setting, to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role, working both independently and as a member of a team, to positively impact the lives of others.Responsibilities:Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and proceduresAssist in the areas of merchandising, operations, sales and customer servicePartner with management to establish and communicate all critical metrics and expectations within the store, including but not limited to sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectivelyHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks as directed by managementOther duties assigned by managerRequirements:Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in a retail/customer service environmentAbility to train, coach, develop and motivate employeesDemonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skillsExperience using a computer and handheld devicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniquesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability InsuranceBonus PlanFlexible Spending Plan401(k)Paid VacationPaid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveEmployee DiscountSalary: $15.60-20.60 PM20
