Back End Developer

Senior Technical Recruiter at DEXIAN | US & Canada | IT Recruitment | Direct Client (BFSI) Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 06 months (C2H) Required Qualifications: Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Core Java and multithreading. Work within an enterprise-scale environment; exposure to financial or OTC trading platforms is a plus. Collaborate with product owners, DevOps/infra teams, and cross-functional engineering groups. Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions. Contribute to infrastructure resiliency efforts; experience with DevOps concepts is beneficial. Support testing, validation, and quality checks before releases move to production. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support team deliverables. Work with message-driven systems such as Kafka, ensuring performance and efficient multithreading.
