Notes: This resource will be part of a small team of 3 principal engineers- the team is called the technical advisory team which is their R&D team (research and development). This is the team responsible for innovation and prototypes of new ideas they have for the brands and restaurants. This is a very exciting role for a developer because they will always be working on new projects, innovation, and will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology being introduced throughout the organization. If we cannot find someone strong onshore, they would be open to a rockstar nearshore but he prefers searching onshore now. MUST HAVE: Designed NodeJs API's Designed React front-end MUST BE INDEPENDENT (zero handholding)

Interview Process: 2 rounds of technical interviews 1st round front-ed design assessment 2nd round technical assessment on ops and backend
