Membership Sales Associate - Flying Ace Express Car Wash

Location: 5274 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, Ohio, 45014 Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Membership Sales Associate. Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.00/hour + additional incentive on membership sales. Your Role Deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers choose the best car wash options. Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club and monthly unlimited car wash packages. Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Upsell additional products to existing customers. Help the store team achieve membership acquisition and retention targets. Greet customers warmly and guide them through the car wash process. Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction. Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with teammates for smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional appearance per company guidelines. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. What You’ll Need to Shine High school diploma or GED. 1‑2 years of customer‑facing experience (retail, hospitality, or similar). Positive, outgoing attitude and passion for excellent guest experiences. Excellent communication skills and natural ability to connect with others. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays. Work Environment & Physical Demands Stand and move throughout the site all shift. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Consistently lift 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
