TRC Talent is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Kennesaw, GA!

Job Summary: The Customer Service Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, managing account activities, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to promote products while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Details: 

• -Job type: Temp-to-hire

• -Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• -Location: Kennesaw, GA 

• -Pay: $20/hr 

Job Responsibilities:  

• -Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers through inbound and outbound phone calls.

• -Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product questions, and account-related needs.

• -Build and maintain positive customer relationships while identifying opportunities to introduce new products and solutions.

• -Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products, generate new business, and support marketing initiatives.

• -Process customer orders, returns, and sample requests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• -Work with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.

• -Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and account activity using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

• -Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, customer follow-up calls, email communication, and reporting.

• -Process incoming marketing leads and assist with customer database management.

• -Assist with incoming mail, P.O. Box retrieval, and distribution of customer-related correspondence.

• -Support trade shows, customer events, and other company-sponsored activities as needed.

• -Complete administrative tasks and reporting to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

• -Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• -Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

• -Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

• -Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.

• -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• -Experience utilizing CRM systems and learning new software platforms.

• -Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• -Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• -Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• -Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• -Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
