Job Overview Honda of Concord (7650 Bruton Smith Blvd, Concord, North Carolina 28027) is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDC) to interact with customers over the phone or internet, build positive relationships, and manage service appointments. The role is part of the Hendrick Honda (Concord) dealership. Responsibilities & Duties Interact with customers over the phone or via the internet Build positive relationships with customers Manage service appointments Effectively showcase our products and services in a compelling way Compensation & Schedule Full‑time position with rotating day, afternoon, and weekend shifts during business hours 7:00am–7:00pm. Pay is $18.50 per hour plus bonus incentives.
