QA Lead
Diverse Lynx
Job Title
5 to 10 years in investment banking, capital markets, or wealth management, with a deep grasp of front-, middle-, or back-office flows.
Proficiency in SQL for backend data verification, API testing tools (Postman, REST), and automated test frameworks.
Strong track record in test case design, traceability matrix management, defect lifecycle tracking (JIRA), and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent; exceptional cross-team communication and leadership capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, ALM, or similar quality management platforms.
Clear understanding of Agile testing life cycles, behavior-driven development (BDD with Cucumber/Gherkin), and CI/CD quality gates
