Location: Rochester, NY
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hr, based on experience and shift
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Interview: On-site interview required

Shift Options

A Shift:

• Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM

Mandatory Peak Season Overtime: Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

B Shift:

• Monday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM–8:30 PM
• Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Mandatory Peak Season Overtime: Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Kelly Services is hiring Print Production Operators – Cutters for a busy printing production facility in Rochester. This is an entry-level opportunity with training and potential for permanent employment.

What You'll Do

• Operate cutting equipment to trim printed materials to specifications
• Set up cutting programs based on job requirements
• Inspect materials for accurate measurements, alignment and cut quality
• Monitor equipment and report production issues
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Assist with other production tasks as needed
• Follow safety and production procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and assist in other production areas
• Previous manufacturing, printing or high-volume production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available for mandatory peak-season overtime, weekends and holidays as required
