Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

Reliant Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Florida. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Opportunities may be available in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Potential PT markets include: MiamiFort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, NaplesFort Myers, Tampa Bay, SarasotaBradenton, Lakeland, Orlando, The Villages, Daytona Beach, MelbournePalm Bay, Port St. Lucie, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Fort Walton BeachDestin, and additional Florida markets. Availability varies and changes frequently by location, setting, and employer.

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.

Compensation & Benefits

Typical compensation range: $43-58/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience)

Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings

Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams

Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards

Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Florida PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure

Ability to work full-time in an available Florida market

Authorized to work in the United States
