Work Environment

Our facility in Sanford is an onsite rehabilitation center, equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment to support our physical therapists in delivering exceptional care. The role involves a standard 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, allowing our therapists to maintain a work-life balance while focusing on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop and implement an effective treatment program tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Provide direct care in the clinic setting, using targeted interventions and exercises to improve patients' physical function and mobility.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, sharing insights and techniques gained through ongoing research and professional development.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on the rehabilitation process, offering guidance and support to reinforce the treatment plan outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and meet productivity goals aligned with broader organizational objectives to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy, with a commitment to ongoing education and compliance with state regulations.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while ensuring personalized care.

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, showcasing versatility across different patient populations and therapeutic techniques.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution, which will enhance your clinical skills and deepen your understanding of advanced therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with patients and community stakeholders to promote health and wellness beyond the clinical setting.
• Active engagement with professional organizations and ongoing participation in workshops or training sessions to remain updated on industry developments.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
