Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee physical therapy interventions aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring functional performance in patients.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical functions, utilizing evidence-based assessments and diagnostic tools to tailor treatment plans.
• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapies, exercise regimens, and physical agent modalities to promote physical recovery.
• Provide instruction and support to patients and families regarding home exercises, therapy devices, and overall rehabilitation strategies.
• Evaluate the home environment for rehabilitation suitability and propose adaptations to enhance patients' independence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care teams, collaborating with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to therapeutic plans and compliance with state regulations.
• Document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment results comprehensively in clinical records and EMR software.
• Engage in regular review sessions and case conferences to assess patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy, integrating new methodologies into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
