Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, considering their medical histories and specific needs.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment programs that address patients' orthopedic conditions and milestones in recovery.
• Implement and document treatment sessions using various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities integrated into treatment plans.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to maximize patient outcomes, collaborating with other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in regular professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating patients with orthopedic conditions, but you will also have the opportunity to engage with a diverse client population, including pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA- or CAPTE-accredited program.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented with a robust benefits package.
