Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic journey of an assigned group of patients, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, emphasizing goal achievement and patient engagement.
• Administer and guide a range of physical therapy interventions to support patients throughout their recovery, ensuring adherence to the physician's established plan of care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to assess and evaluate patients' functional status and progress, contributing to the comprehensive plan of care.
• Provide in-clinic evaluations as well as home health services, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective techniques and therapeutic exercises for ongoing care outside of therapy sessions.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and coordinating staff assignments to optimize patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including both adults and pediatric patients dealing with a variety of orthopedic issues. Our focus is on providing effective treatment solutions for conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required.
• A clean disciplinary record demonstrating professional integrity and adherence to ethics.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a proven ability to develop individualized exercise plans to maximize patient recovery outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a focus on providing rehabilitation for orthopedic patients.
• Additional certifications in specialty areas such as orthopedic manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
