Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Administer evidence-based therapy techniques to treat various conditions, specializing in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine therapies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and comfort during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the clinic to enhance patient outcomes through multidisciplinary team efforts.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in both clinic and home settings, aligning with the physician's treatment plan to effectuate patient recovery.
• Educate and consult patients and their families about therapy processes, home exercise programs, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Meet established performance metrics and utilization goals to contribute to the business's overall success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, neurological disorders, and other conditions requiring rehabilitative services. Emphasizing a personalized approach, you will establish strong relationships with your patients to optimize their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they exceed their functional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is strongly preferred, along with prior clinical experience in rehabilitation settings. Compensation and Benefits
