Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical capabilities, documenting findings and formulating plans tailored to individual rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, adjusting care strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions that promote patient engagement and education, aiming to motivate them towards maximum functional recovery.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs that help patients achieve long-term health benefits beyond therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Stable professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against the license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong capabilities in designing and conducting exercise regimens tailored to diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
