Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient management.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers, empowering them in their recovery processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Viera Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those referred for orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological conditions, pediatric physical therapy, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee to practice in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Valid CPR certification and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Viera Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
