Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions through comprehensive physical examinations and discussions to understand their unique needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapies, and modalities to alleviate pain, improve functionality, and enhance mobility.
• Regularly document and monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families, explaining the procedures, recovery expectations, and at-home exercises to enhance their rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy through continuous education and professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes children and adults recovering from various conditions such as orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological impairments, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
