Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, where you will travel to various patient homes to provide therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify opportunities for clinical improvements based on patient needs and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and participation in engagement activities.
• Utilize advanced clinical systems to ensure the documentation is accurate, coding levels are optimized, and all patient care orders are followed through efficiently.
• Adhere to the Florida State Practice Act and relevant regulations to maintain compliance in all aspects of patient care.
• Enhance patient and client experience by tracking and driving satisfaction metrics and quality of care indicators.
• Consistently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and application of the Physical Therapy Guidebook during therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals who are recovering from surgery, injury, or those with mobility challenges due to chronic conditions. Your ability to adapt therapy techniques to various individual needs will be crucial in fostering successful rehabilitation outcomes. You will be responsible for developing customized treatment plans that align with the specific goals of each patient, ensuring that they receive the most effective therapies tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Completion of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, maintaining composure under pressure.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
