Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, a deep understanding of web technologies, and the ability to build scalable and high-performance applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement web applications that meet business needs.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Build and maintain both the client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) of web applications.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure the development of high-quality, functional software.
• Design and Implement Databases: Design, implement, and manage relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Ensure Application Scalability and Performance: Write efficient, scalable, and high-performance code. Optimize applications for speed and responsiveness.
• Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute test cases to ensure high-quality code and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain Code Quality: Follow best practices for code quality, version control (Git), and software design patterns. Ensure the application is robust, maintainable, and secure.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends and technologies to improve development processes and application performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Front-End Development:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with responsive design.
• Back-End Development:
  • Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or Ruby on Rails.
  • Knowledge of API design and development (RESTful services, GraphQL).
• Databases:
  • Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Version Control and Deployment:
  • Experience using Git for version control and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI).
• Security:
  • Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP).
  • Experience implementing security measures such as OAuth, JWT, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Testing:
  • Experience with front-end and back-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, or Selenium).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, Google Cloud Professional Developer) are a plus.
