Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Vascular Tech Radiology to take an assignment in Washington, Iowa.

**Education and/or Experience:** - Graduate from an accredited school of ultrasound **Certifications:** - RVT registration, preferred - RDMS(AB,OB-GYN), preferred - BLS required **Skills and Abilities:** - Ability to maintain safe and effective patient care - Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor - Ability to use active listening skills to interpret the needs of the patient - Ability to mentor, train, motivate, direct and empower team - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation - Ability to work independently - Flexibility in schedule; willing to adjust hours and cover other shifts as needed - Highly motivated - Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing, and regulated environment - Effective time management - Analytical skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner - Exhibit sound and accurate judgement - Team player/professional attitude - Demonstrates ability to learn and apply new approaches - Maintain professional technical knowledge
