Ma’am’s Childcare & Preschool is seeking a caring, dependable, and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with infants and creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment that supports each child's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, sleeping, and developmental activities.
- Support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain accurate records of feedings, diaper changes, naps, and daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily progress and needs.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and compliance with all state licensing regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
