We’re looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team and help keep our facility, machines, and systems running at their best. You’ll tackle a mix of preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and facility improvements — all while helping ensure safe and efficient operations. You’ll: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across the plant. Wire, install, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment per code. Support production machinery, material handling systems, and building utilities (air compressors, generators, boilers, HVAC). Perform general building maintenance — from basic plumbing to carpentry and facility repairs. Work with supervisors and contractors to support ongoing projects and improvements. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in your work area. Pay starts at $27.51 and increases based on skills and experience. Preferred background: 5+ years of industrial electrical experience Journeyman or Master Electrician License (WI) preferred Knowledge of electrical codes, blueprints, and schematics Experience with PLC troubleshooting (a plus!)
