Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a variety of routine and specialized clinical lab tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and additional disciplines—while adhering to established lab protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that lab instruments receive regular maintenance and calibration.
• Provide assistance with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document lab procedures, mentor new personnel or students, and maintain the esteemed quality standards of the laboratory.
• Uphold a pristine and safe working environment, strictly following all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess a comparable allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Ensure current certification is maintained throughout your time with us.
