Job Responsibilities – What You Will Accomplish

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for accuracy, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support in specimen collection and preparation for testing as necessary.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, mentor new employees or interns, and help maintain the lab's quality standards.
• Ensure a pristine and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Necessary Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
