Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a high-end, fine-dining environment
Proven ability to execute annual sales volumes of $2M or more
Expert-level wine and premium liquor knowledge
Outstanding guest service skills paired with strong financial acumen
Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to inspire and mentor a team

Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a passionate team dedicated to genuine hospitality
Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure excellence in guest service
Manage financial performance and inventory to achieve business goals
Uphold and model standards of professionalism and pride throughout the restaurant
Cultivate a collaborative, respectful workplace culture that fosters growth and pride
