Restaurant General Manager – Louisville, KY
A respected restaurant group is seeking an inspiring and polished leader to oversee a high-end, fine-dining operation. Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a high-end, fine-dining environment
- Proven ability to execute annual sales volumes of $2M or more
- Expert-level wine and premium liquor knowledge
- Outstanding guest service skills paired with strong financial acumen
- Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to inspire and mentor a team
Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a passionate team dedicated to genuine hospitality
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure excellence in guest service
- Manage financial performance and inventory to achieve business goals
- Uphold and model standards of professionalism and pride throughout the restaurant
- Cultivate a collaborative, respectful workplace culture that fosters growth and pride
