Responsibilities As a Clinic Manager, you will use evidence‑based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary duties include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs for diverse patient specialties such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. Deliver evidence‑based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed functional outcomes. Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs. Meet and exceed clinic budget goals through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices. Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members. Build and maintain relationships throughout the community. Location Clinic Address: 2704 Sutton Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 Qualifications Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program. Management experience preferred. State licensure. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience and market factors).
