Registered Nurse - Case Management- Case Manager

Travel Registered Nurse Case Manager jobs in Gainesville, FL let you coordinate care for patients recovering from critical illness in a hospital with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team culture and a focus on long-term acute care and rehabilitation. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, facilitate transitions, and document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid Florida RN license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 2 years of recent case management or acute care nursing experience.Recommended skills include strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, familiarity with rehabilitation and post-acute care, and experience with EMR systems.
