Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions:
The Fitness Studio Manager oversees daily operations of a unique wellness/personal training-focused fitness studio, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent client experiences. Managing a small team, the manager supervises staff, handles scheduling, and drives membership growth while using proprietary and commercial fitness management software. This role requires strong leadership and client relations skills to maintain high service standards and optimize studio performance without the need for travel between locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio operations and workflow
- Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 staff members
- Maintain positive client relations and address member needs
- Create and manage staff and client scheduling efficiently
- Oversee membership administration and retention strategies
- Monitor and improve personal training program delivery
- Drive lead conversions and manage attrition effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in fitness management
- Strong team leadership capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with scheduling and fitness management software
- Conflict resolution and communication skills
- Experience with lead conversion practices
