Position Description We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Sr‑level Proposal Pricing Analyst with FAR, DFARS, and government contracting experience. In this role, you will lead strategic and competitive pricing and develop cost/price proposals for all lines of business. You will develop, review, and analyze functional estimates and pricing including labor, subcontracts, ODC and material for Voyager proposals. You will perform cost estimating and pricing duties in accordance with RFP specifications and in compliance with Voyager policies and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with functional departments (Contracts, Engineering, Operations, and Line‑of‑Business Program Management) to facilitate the collection of cost, scheduling and performance data, research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts, support internal proposal reviews, and support customer audit/fact findings. You will prepare and submit compliant and on‑time proposals to support customer commitments and Voyager business goals. Responsibilities Lead pricing efforts for RFPs, RFQs, white papers, and ROMs ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS. Thoroughly understand cost burdening to accurately build up proposal costs. Review Requests for Proposals and proposal documents for compliance and adherence to Voyager policies. Develop, analyze, evaluate, and support cost proposals to government and prime customers. Provide regular and ad‑hoc pricing analysis and present cost estimates to management, customer representatives and government audit agencies. Identify cost and price risks and apply to estimates where applicable. Prepare and validate cost estimates for sustainment, engineering, manufacturing labor, materials, subcontracts and vendor data. Build and set up custom Excel‑based pricing models based on individual RFP requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external clients and colleagues. Provide reviews of all estimates prior to delivery and senior‑management review. Possess detailed knowledge and experience in DoD procurement and contracting regulations. Plan and prepare large‑scale budgets and business proposals independently. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and federal acquisition regulations. Support audit requests, fact‑finding, negotiation discussions and program budget baseline process. Create and administer pricing databases and coordinate implementation across the enterprise. Perform financial modeling and analyses for major proposals, including rate studies, business case development, cash‑flow analysis, NPV, IRR, and present recommendations to leadership. Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts and determine accuracy of functional estimates. Handle multiple assignments, achieve program goals, and meet team deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Apply problem‑solving and solution‑implementation aptitude. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. 8–12 years of related experience in estimating and/or finance. Experience with MS Office Suite, especially intermediate Excel, and ProPricer. Working experience with FAR, DFAR, CAS, TINA, and other government procurement regulations, including comprehensive knowledge of FAR Part15 and 31. Experience working with Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and analyzing BOE quality. Advanced Microsoft Excel functionality for building and maintaining complex cost models. Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment. General knowledge and competence in costing and pricing fundamentals. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related discipline. Strong project‑management skills: organizing, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet proposal milestones. Related DoD and/or aerospace industry experience. Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives. Working‑group orientation with analytical, verbal and written communication skills, and strong computer skills. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $115,000 – $155,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
