We're a small, therapist-run company based in Washington and Colorado. We started Ampersand Therapy as an alternative to large staffing agencies, with the goal of supporting therapists the way we wish we had been supported. As practicing clinicians, we understand your work and strive to provide real-time mentorship, collaboration, and flexibility. You'll often find us working in schools ourselves alongside our team.

Position Details:
- In-person, school-based role
- Full-time 1.0 FTE
- Leave coverage or full school year positions are available
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
- Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
- Collaborate with school special education teams
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
- Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
- ASHA CCCs
- Paid sick leave
