School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time | Belfair, WA | 2025-2026 School Year


Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year in Belfair , Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting.


Job Highlights:

• Location: Belfair, WA
• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based
• Schedule: Full Time - Early Learning Caseload
• School Year: 2025-2026
• Start Date: ASAP for the 25-26 school year
• In-person only at this time

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
• Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
• ASHA CCCs
