As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly by:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery to meet production goals
- Ensuring quality standards are met through regular checks and attention to detail
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues to keep operations on track
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
- Previous manufacturing or machine‑operation experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
