Production Associate — 3-Day Work Week, $18/hr + Overtime (Federal Facility)

Schedule: Fixed 12-hour shifts, 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Rotation A: Sun–Tues (plus every other Wed)
• Rotation B: Thurs–Sat (plus every other Wed)
• Only ~3–4 days on per week — enjoy 3+ days off while still earning full-time hours with overtime.

Pay: $18.00/hr base, with regular overtime opportunities to boost weekly earnings.
Type: Full-Time

About the role: 
Join the production team at a secure federal manufacturing facility. You'll help keep operations running by loading and unloading production equipment, monitoring machinery, and supporting a safe, efficient workflow. It's steady, full-time work with real stability and room to grow.

What you'll do

• Load and unload production equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate and monitor machinery
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Work with your team to hit production goals
• Flag equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor

What we're looking for

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience a plus (we'll train the right person)
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts, including some weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
